In order to reduce the risk of our patients and staff during this time, Lost River Wellness will be holding all individual counseling and medication management sessions remotely by utilizing a telemedicine/videoconferencing site called Doxy.me. You will simply click the provider’s link (we recommend you sign-in a few minutes before your regularly scheduled appointment time) and enter your name in the box that will appear. At this point, you will be in a “Virtual Waiting Room” until your session begins. You will need to be on a device that has audio/video abilities, such as a smartphone, laptop, or desktop computer will all work with Doxy.me just fine. Please do not hesitate to call our office if you have any questions or need further explanation.
You will also need to read our Telehealth Informed Consent prior to your appointment. You can print, sign and send to us, request a copy sent to your Patient Portal to sign or verbally agree at the beginning of your appointment.

Tips for a good session:
You will need Google Chrome for the best connection. If you use a different browser there is a higher risk of connectivity issues.
When you sign on, we recommend performing their “pre call test”. This will check your video and microphone and takes about 30 seconds. It will be a blue button on the left side of your screen, you may need to scroll down.
