Lost River Wellness, IOP specializes in Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, medication management and counseling services. We offer these programs based on individual need. We believe in a collaborative approach where our patients benefit from a team of providers including our counselors, psychiatric team, and nursing services. While patients can be see for individual counseling or medication management, the door is always open to integrate additional services.

Partial Hospitilization

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is our highest and most intensive level of care. PHP is a short-term treatment option for behavioral health disorders. This service is available to people who have recently been discharged from inpatient treatment, or those who are struggling to identify and cope with significant behavioral symptoms. Our clinicians administer PHP five days a week for four hours a day. The program consists of daily group therapy as well as weekly individual counseling and medication management services.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides behavioral health treatment for those who are ready to return to their daily lives by becoming employed, returning to school, or strengthening their interpersonal relationships. IOP is administered five days a week for three hours a day, and includes group therapy, weekly individual counseling, and medication management services.

Counseling services are available for people in search of guidance in resolving personal, social, or psychological problems. This route includes weekly or biweekly individual sessions helping patients achieve improved quality of life and a higher level of functioning despite trauma or mental illness.

Medication Management

For patients suffering from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other mental health and mood disorders. We work to ensure patients can maintain the highest quality of life on their medication regimen.

Your initial appointment will be a Psychiatric Evaluation to review current and past medications and review and establish diagnoses and your medical history. We want to get to know you and hear about your life and the challenges you face. We offer a patient-centered approach enhanced by staff with the knowledge, skills, training, and experience to help an individual find the right medication for them, based on their illness and specific symptoms.
